Aviation Photography in South Florida
Professional airplane photography capturing private jets and aircraft with cinematic detail, golden hour light, and editorial precision across South Florida.
Professional Airplane Photography in South Florida
South Florida is one of the nation's premier aviation hubs, home to Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL), Miami-Opa Locka Executive (OPF), Miami International (MIA), and Palm Beach International (PBI). With year-round golden light and a constant flow of private jets, turboprops, and charter aircraft, it is the perfect location for world-class aviation photography.
Dragos Cinematics provides professional aviation photography for private jet owners, charter companies, aircraft brokers, MRO facilities, and aviation enthusiasts across South Florida. We capture the elegance, engineering, and sheer presence of aircraft through carefully composed portraits, detail shots, and dramatic golden hour compositions.
Aviation Photography Services We Offer
Aircraft Ramp Portraits — Full-aircraft portraits on the ramp or taxiway, composed to showcase the aircraft's lines, livery, and presence. We work with natural light — particularly South Florida's legendary golden hour — to create images with depth, warmth, and drama.
Engine & Detail Photography — Close-up detail work capturing turbine inlets, landing gear, cockpit instrumentation, rivets, and design elements. These images are ideal for sales brochures, maintenance portfolios, and editorial features. We use Sony full-frame cameras with the 24-70mm f/2.8 GM for stunning bokeh and sharpness.
Editorial & Marketing Photography — Aviation photography specifically composed for marketing materials, website hero images, social media campaigns, and print ads. We understand the visual language of the aviation industry and deliver images that communicate prestige, reliability, and performance.
Pre-Purchase & Sales Documentation — High-quality photographic documentation for aircraft sales listings, pre-buy inspections, and inventory management. Clean, consistent, professionally lit images that present the aircraft at its best.
Our Approach to Aircraft Photography
Every aviation shoot begins with planning. We coordinate timing around optimal light (typically early morning or golden hour), work with FBO staff and ramp controllers for access, and arrive prepared with the right lens selection for the aircraft size and location. Safety and ramp protocol are always our first priority.
We shoot on Sony full-frame cameras (A7S III and A7 III) with professional zoom and prime lenses, delivering RAW files that are meticulously edited for color accuracy, contrast, and detail. Every image is delivered in high resolution suitable for large-format print, web, and social media.
South Florida Aviation Photography Locations
We regularly shoot at airports and FBOs throughout South Florida, including Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL), Miami-Opa Locka Executive (OPF), Miami International (MIA), Boca Raton Airport (BCT), and Palm Beach International (PBI). We are familiar with the access procedures, security requirements, and best shooting positions at each facility.
